Come with me ...

Breath Feel Remember

I'm Charity. A somatic grief practitioner and death doula.

I hold space where the body, earth, and spirit are invited back into conversation. Here we gather to remember. My work weaves trauma informed practice with the quiet medicine of nature: sound, stillness, and ritual. You won't find prescription or performance here, just a safe circle to land in and community to hold you.

Our first offering, Grief in the Garden: Planting Hope opens this winter. I will be hosting you in a community ceremony with a planting journey to ground, release, and reconnect through the soil. You're invited to bring your story, your hands, and your heart.

We(I) look forward to offering more ways to rest, process, and remember. Be on the look out for Somatic Circles, Sound baths, Herbal classes and Fun Retreats on the farm.

✶ A New Kind of Healing Space is Taking Root at Blackbird Farm

I'm still here for you!

While the website is getting a makeover, I'm still offering:

  • COMMUNITY CIRCLES

  • SEASONAL CEREMONIES

  • PODCAST EPISODES EVERY MONDAY

  • PERSONALIZED MEMORIALS

  • FARM TOURS

Each of these offerings is a thread in the larger fabric of Held + Whole. Whether we gather for a ceremony, sit together in weekly hours, or walk among the fields, our work is about presence. We are connecting to ourselves, each other and to the cycles of life. These experiences invite you to feel what is present in your body and honor grief and growth.

The Red Thread Lineage

The Red Thread is an ancient symbol across many cultures that speaks to connection, protection, and the renewal of remembrance. From the pulse of the moon, to the rhythm of our breath, this thread reminds us that healing is not separate from our humanity. We explore how the body holds memory and how community can become the fabric that restores us. It's the thread in remembering that we belong. Beyond grief and loss, this tapestry is woven in the existence of our feminine archive.

Do I have to be grieving to belong?
No. We welcome your curiosity to connect be held and share. You are part of this.

Let's stay connected
